All form submissions without that checkbox checked will be marked as spam.

Besides comment spam, MP Spam Be Gone protects against trackback spam via a series of IP address, URL check and Topsy verifications.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
